INTRODUCTIONPersonal and professional development is an essential part for a person to survive in hislife in a better manner (Hopkinson, 2014). Focusing on the weakness of a person developmentplan has to be made to work on these which can help to attain future task in an efficient manner.This assignment is having a content on learning styles which is supportive in the personal andprofessional learning in the individuals life. Self evaluation is task which can support to a personto make changes in his life by identifying these. Personal and professional development plan isinvolved in this project. This report will provide a work based problems and solution on it ofindividuals.TASK 11.1 Approaches for self managed learningSelf-manage learning approaches helps an employee to learn by himself which moreeffective than taking training from the professionals. Because in self learning, person gives hiseffort in learning, as only interested employee will try to gain knowledge by his own and if theperson is learning something with his interest in particular field, than the knowledge gain by himwill be long lasting. On the other hand self-manage learning is equal to cooking the food by selfand training can be relate to cooked food. So overall, self learning consumes lots of time, thishelps employee not only learn the concept but also learn the logic behind that concept which hashuge impact on learning (Olsen, 2015). So an individual can learn from his challengingenvironment at work office, from work culture, from his seniors or mentors. Therefore the basicskills requires for self-manage learning is behaviours, individuality, understanding and manyother societal norms inside the the individual who is interested in learning.1.2 Propose strategy in encouraging lifelong learning in personal and professional contextIn this approach people not only learn through internet or reading the books but fromresearch work and by handling different situations of the task. Thus there are lots of key methodsby which objectives of encouraging lifelong learning in personal can be done:Purpose of conferences & Seminars: Through this method, employees skills andlearning can be improved, management meet-ups and training seminars supports acompany in providing awareness and develops the skill to understand new challenge. 1

Interpersonal Teams: Team can learn fast, if they learn together. Because in a groupdifferent people have different thoughts and opinions which can be similar or differentfrom other. These different thoughts raises questions and thus get the answers, soemployees can learn by interacting with each other on social media's like Facebook, etc.Purpose of world-wide-web: World-wide-web is now become common search portal forevery person to learn new things around the world.1.3 Evaluation of self managed learningPersons who are doing personal projects, self-managed learning plays a major role, asthey can't take others help, in his personalized project he has to give his effort and complete thetask in given deadline.
