Personal development demands for the great plans so, whichAutomatically leads to the positive effects and help in personal management (Wickramasingheand Perera, 2010). This report will present the learning styles, and find the barriers to learningand ways through which it can be overcome. TASK 11.1 Personal learning stylesLearning model is basically a conceptual framework which defines organised process forthe learning experiences. Some of the learning models are as follows: - Diverging Learning style: - In this learning style an individual prefers to notice andobserve carefully before they take over in that practical implementation mediate.
