The area of business where I am having interest is healthcare industry work, as I work as dental
nurse and aim to become dental nurse in one of the leading healthcare organization.
1.2 Explanation of how my selected WBL placement aligns with my interests
My workplace learning is aligned with my interest as it allow me to have a strategy to work with
real life experience that can I apply with academic and technical skills. Present workplace
learning will duly provide me an approach to training in which I conduct meaningful task in a
workplace that will significantly benefit secure a stable dental nurse job in top leading
organization. In addition to this, this industry also attracts my attention as this industry engage in
promoting health, providing treatment and enhance quality of life of any individuals. as I
currently work as dental nurse this industry that I have selected is because of to pursue a career
to help mankind and selflessly act to care for others. Furthermore it has been d by me that I have
keenly interest to work in this industry as this industry provided services and care to patients in
number of ways. In this with the help of my WBS placement I can work in a field which is as per
my interest this will not only allow me to serve others but also provide me personal job

According to my research skill profile it has been analysed that I do not summarise
material that I find in my research alone with this I sometime paraphrase materials that I find in
my research I almost used library in order to Dolly access data and information available in
different books trade journals and Internet and any other sources rather than limiting myself to
the research on a one particular paper. This is one of my most effective and efficient form of skill
which allow me to utilise my critical thinking and research skill ability in order to effectively
conduct research in a well defined and effective manner. Furthermore I almost always take use of
questioning and brainstorming techniques and breakdown a topic in order to duly identify
information and data. In addition to this, I sometimes create an outline of paper before I start
writing the first draft and also sometime right several draft before I submit my assistance. It has
been identified from my research skill profile that I never proof have someone else proofread my
final draft before I submit my assignment. I also make sure that grammar and spelling check is
being properly done in my assignment in order to make sure that I conduct my assignment in a

It has been believed by me that my selected WBL placement will influence my future career
direction in a well defined and effective. With help of this learning I can develop my skills can
also focus upon my weaknesses and can further overcome weaknesses which significantly
influenced my future career direction to have placement in a leading organization in healthcare
industry sector. In addition to this the selected WBL placement will allow me to enhance value
