INTRODUCTION
Business environment is the combination of both internal and external factors that put huge
impact on the decision making and development of strategies of an organisation and for this
individual’s also seek employment for the specific industry. It is important as individuals need to
develop prominent skills and abilities in terms of facilitating them for the achievement of
specific objectives (Tyreman, 2018). These skills undertake prominent abilities and knowledge
that are developed at the time of pursuing academic course considering the prominent efforts in
terms of developing and managing the effective level of challenges and competition. Along with
this the report tents to undertake effective skills which are required within the individual
considering the business and academic context and also leads to make sure the factor of
opportunity to manage prominent challenges which are faced by them.

Abilities advancement is essential for a person as it empower them to achieve different
objectives and targets likewise with this, they can distinguish the open doors better and can
productively deal with the difficulties they face. By getting different aptitudes understudies can
guarantee that they have equivalent capacities and fitness to perform better in scholastics while it
likewise empowers in performing better expertly as the degree of rivalry in the positions can be
overwhelmed with the capacity and skill (Thudt and et. al., 2018). For this Gibbs reflective
model is used which is helpful in self-development and analysis within an effective manner to
improve the overall performance. Hence the blue reflection is based on my overall performance
and skills and the concerning steps are mentioned as:
ï‚· Description: It is helpful in terms of considering effective description for the overall
situation considering current happening and expected result and the individuals who are
involved in the activities. For this the description is relies on the overall performance and
skills which is performed by me in front of other individuals and also just by my
subordinates. Along with this it tends to describe my existing position of a leader and
effective communication research teamwork time management problem solving skills
that should be present in me to deal with the prominent conditions and changes
undertaking the behaviour of employees (S Weinberg, 2020). In this, effective context in

communication technology and problem-solving skills by which I can permanently
manage my team and team members and also motivate them to work with full potential
for the accomplishment of desired outcome.
ï‚· Feelings: It depict the prominent emotions and feelings of other individuals which they
feel on the grounds of having effective reaction. The prominent feelings tend to generate
due to my reactions which positively and negatively impact subordinates and their
performance in relation with this the leaders are quite weak in the communication and
team working in terms of balancing my whole team members for their effective
performance and also leads study motivate them considering their overall performance.
The specific reason behind this is clear communication which is not developed by me and
leads to develop lack of transparency among my subordinates that leads to decrease the
performance and productivity of employees (Clauss and et. al., 2018). Due to this
employee also tends to feel bad because they cannot perform their task with full potential
and somehow, I also feel nervous for my subordinates the cause of the lack of
communication and coordination among them. In regard of this most of the individuals
feel difficulty in terms of sharing their feelings and also consider my rules in terms of
sharing prominent experience by asking questions considering the event.
ï‚· Evaluation: In this individual tends to ask for their prominent experience considering the
business situation which divide under two prominent section including bad and good
which is helpful for the future performance considering various questions including what
went well and what did not and also examine the overall contribution. In this I did not
feel that my employees were prominently satisfied with my abilities and performance as
some of them think I am weak in communication and team working that leads to impact
the overall performance of my employees by developing conflicts among them that leads
to delay overall performance and productivity (Bussmann, 2019). Besides this due to my
good skills including time management team working problem solving and many more
my team members work in more synchronised and organised manner that leads to
eliminate conflict among them by motivating them to perform with full potential. Over
conflict tends to become major risk for the effective performance of Team by increasing
lack of communication that does not clear what is expected from them.

ï‚· Analysis: It is undertaken as the effective analysis that provide prominent chance for
making sense regarding what is happening in the nearby surroundings and also undertake
prominent skills and knowledge that make sense for the suitable activities. In terms of
getting work done with my subordinates at the initial level I need to offer them from and
chance to analyse their strength and weaknesses for stock on the basis of my perspective
and experience I am quite effective in problem solving Research and time management
but also lack IN team working and communication that does not come up my overall
strength and for this I need to work more to develop these skills for self-development
(Ott, Haun and Binnewies, 2019). In regard of this my week skills and overall
performance of employees get negatively influenced considering the development of
negativity within the mind. Besides this in terms of making things effective I can opt
tuckman team rule theory which is helpful for me to delegate task to my subordinates and
also divide work on the basis of strength of individuals.
ï‚· Conclusion: This step is useful in terms of having prominent confusion considering the
things that occur at the event and also offer effective justification in terms of having
prominent improvement for the result. Along with this I also need to summarise my
overall learning and knowledge to highlight the effective changes considering the overall
personality. Besides this identifying the over skills it is analysed that I am quite good in
problem solving and time management by which I can organise my team in an effective
manner. Along with this I also tends to develop other skills including team working and
communication in which I am lack and need effective development by taking feedback
from my supervisors and higher authority and also take participate in these seminars for
the effective development of my competencies.
ï‚· Action plan: It represents that I need to enhance my skills in an innovative way
considering the future survival for the upcoming conditions and situations. In regard of
this it is helpful for differentiate manager considering my activities in which I did not
develop a new plan for the improvement of my skill but also ensure that it get enhanced
in an effective manner by considering my learning skills (Thudt and et. al., 2018). For
this I also determined that for the next time when I work in a team, I need to develop my
team working and communication skill in terms of having effective coordination and
collaboration with my team members and all of them become possible because of the
