INTRODUCTION
Personalised learning concept is an educational approach which aims to customize the
learning of students according to their strengths, needs, skills, attitudes and interest. In
accordance to the personalised learning concept every student get hold to a learning plan which
is based on the existing knowledge and gets customise according to their goals and requirements
they need to attain for future development. Personalized learning assignment is constructed in
this report there a reflective profile is developed along with personal analysis development of
future goals and conducting activities to engage in processes to achieve those targets.
REFLECTIVE PROFILE
Reflective Journal
My Learning Style is of a solitary which states that according to my personality I am an
introvert who do not depend on others rather work independently. As of my general nature I do
not depend on others on the other hand I am a self dependent person who is confident and a
bear enough about oneself making different dissects of my own without any help from others.
My Belbin team role showcases that I am an analyst, a person with reserved nature holding
strong critical thinking abilities and reacting to different aspects and situations which rational
and sensible approaches rather than in acting impulsively. According to the rule I make use of
my analytical skills and stay critical enough before showcasing my opinion in front of others
on certain topic or agenda.
My Conflict Style as an individual states that I have a more cooperative and compromising
nature. According to me I always make sure to make peace between all the parties and
eliminate the double which has been caused resulting in conflicting situations.
My leadership style showcase that I am a participative leader who believes in employees and
team members engaged with in all the different activities and
My DISC management style states that I have compliance reflecting upon my personality as
an individual to stay positive and attentive while discussion is going on in regards to a certain
topic. According to this aspect I hold characteristics like attentiveness, diligence and
consciousness.
My Myers Biggs Style states that I am inspector by nature which reflects upon the fact that
while making any decisions and conducting different activities it is in my nature to be

physically and mentally organised with all the plans and areas that needs my concentration.
My Enneagram style score that I received is 3 which reflects that I am an achiever a person
who is always concentrated and straight minded towards the ultimate goal and targets and do
not sit back until the target is achieved.
My EQ score is 13 percentile according to which I am an individual with enough skills and
abilities to control as well is deal with my emotions and with all different types of emotions in
different situations that comes in my way.
