Plan and Deliver Coaching Programs
Assessment Overview
You are required to plan and document two Coaching Programs and provide the relative Written
Reports. The duration of each program must be at least 4 weeks.
The programs will need to be focused on the following two different scenarios:
1. Group of 15 children aged 8-12yo
2. 1 athlete with disability
Once you have developed a 4 weeks Program for each of the above 2 scenarios, including the
Written Reports, you will need to develop in details 1 training session of your choice, from 1 of the 2
Programs that you developed, to be practically delivered and conducted before your trainer. (You
can use your classmates, who will pretend to be your chosen participant/s.
Before to conduct the training session you must perform and complete A Risk Assessment to be
submitted to your trainer together with the Session Plan.
During the practical session, you will need to collect feedback from your participant/s. This
information will help you to write a brief program evaluation paragraph to be submitted to your
trainer as evidence.
PART A (Coaching programs) (40 marks) (two programs x 750 word each= 1500) (per
segment: 75 words)

document the two Coaching Programs (4 weeks each) with the respective written report.
You must cover the following aspects:
