INTRODUCTION
Professional and professional plan is formulated with aim of improving an individual skills or
capabilities for accomplish of career goals through generating an effective strategy. The prime
focus of personal and professional development plan is to input time and planning to improve
individual career. In simple terms, personal development planning is explained as a structured
framework which is used to aware about all skills by identifying and developing areas which is
needed to improve for accomplish of organisational goals. Moreover, this report highlights on all
factors related with personal and professional development and it accounts towards enhance
knowledge related of self-improvement (Andrews, 2016). Detailed action plan for accomplish of
career goals will also include in the report. In the last, personal and professional development

Personal and Professional development plan
A personal development plan is one of the mandatory aspects for an individual as it helps
me and other individuals to perform task with relative information. To accomplish professional
and personal development goals individuals perform work in an effective and efficient manner to
achieve all task in a systematic manner. In simple terms, personal and professional development
goals aid me to adopt suitable changes for accomplish of success within career. Some of the
major personal goals are mention as follow:
 Development of action- To improve overall actions related with production area by
adopting essential skills such as for improve knowledge of machines that engage in
production system. The goal is to increase and understand all skills required for
obtaining production role or job.
 Improvement in work efficiency- For analyse and undertake overall knowledge related
with management to analyse and understand about all values specifically, to perform
work in a systematic manner (Beijaard and Meijer, 2017). So my personal goal is to
become professional within performing work and its management.
 Provide Guidance- Production system perform an important role and it relates with all
organisational departments. In present scenario, the production system, start from

arrangement of raw-materials and end with marketing of products. So the goal is to gain
knowledge of internal and external departments of organisation.
Personal, professional and career goals
Individual performance is more improved through completing all tasks according to
relative information, impression and ideas related with individual career. This define I am
focused towards analysis of all consequences that improves my profit. Some major plans adopted
by me relates with overall development.
Personal development goal- The goal must be achieved by me through analyse of all factors
that relates with failure and success of an individual as a production manager.
Personal development goal for work- Positive changes perform a crucial role for improving the
individual efficiency to do task as a professional (Brody and Hadar, 2015). In the context of
professional work this is understands with addition of time this is easy for me to become expert
in my field through learning from past experience.
The above goals perform an important role for me to improve my overall work efficiency and
according to present market conditions. Skilled and capable individuals are required by all
organisations for performing manufacturing task with low wastage of resources. Also,
production job role is a top level position. So they are not offered to all individuals to perform
and it defines personal and professional development plan perform an important role for me
because this helps to get the job role by engage of essential skills. Along with this it is also
important to formulate appropriate strategy as they help me for achieving my goals and
