The objective of this week’s topic is to make sure you have an appreciation of
the Role of the Project Manager in Commercial Negotiation.

the project spends 70%-90% time in maintaining effective communication.
Communication incorporates the stakeholder’s needs such as who needs what
kinds of information, what are the information the stakeholder wants in details,
what would be the ultimate goal while engaging one self while communicating
with the stakeholders and the information would be provided to them.

The side effects of changes would constitute the changes beginning from the
initial frameworks made by the designer refining or altering the important
elements of the framework. The changes have made the differences in the
number of workers which is compared to any number which was planned
initially. The progress of the work might get delayed. For example: waiting for
the information on designs.

The important tools which can be used such as allowing the focus and alignment
of the customers, quickly resolving problems, implementation of the practice of
the strategic plans. The main tools of the project managers in order to avoid
conflict is to prepare a project plan in detail, the budget establishment on the
basis of their work and which should lead to the planned consequences of the
project and the importance of discussing the analysis of the project
collaborated.
