Introduction
Management is considered combination of several process which are conducted by a company in order to
attain their desire goal such as planning, decision making, leading, motivating and so on. It is also essential
for a firm to conduct their operations properly so that they can achieve target. Organization taken for this
presentation is Hilton which is operating in hospitality industry and it is founded by Conrad Hilton in year
1919.

Definition of Manager
Manager is an individual who is responsible or accountable for managing work of company so that
they achieve its desire target. Manager also develop strategies plans and strategies which help them in
meeting target. These people always show a proper degree of respect as well as kindness towards its
employees.
Definition of Leader
A leader is a person whose leadership is considered as art of motivating and encouraging group of
individuals so that they act in order to attain desire or common goal. They also direct employees as well as
colleagues with proper strategy that lead to meeting of company needs and target.
