INTRODUCTION
Preparing for success is the process which is used by the students to improve their overall
performance in the academic career (Al-Sawy, 2019). In their student life, individual have to set
goals regarding their ideal job and they have to make themselves accordingly to become skilled
for the role. In addition, it helps in improving individual knowledge or creativity that is
beneficial in the future in their professional life. This assessment based on the ideal job after
graduation, it required job description, person specification and the qualities required to become
competitive for the ideal job. In addition, how job finding process done and how individual
facilitates their job finding process.

My ideal job after graduation is to become assistant manager in the retail industry, so i
preferred to work as assistant managers in Tesco Plc. Ideal job should be related to your interest
which helps in maximising company’s profitability. Currently I am improving myself or my
skills to become suitable candidate for the organization and they prefer me to hire in comparison
to other candidates (Curda and Westeren, 2019). I wanted to be an assistant manager of Tesco
Plc which is UK based company and it is huge popular in the retail sector. Currently i am
perusing graduation and i am improving myself for my ideal job.
Although assistant manager roles can vary widely among businesses, the responsibilities
of assistant manager generally include assisting the store manager, recruiting and training staff,
designing and maintaining shift schedules (Braun And et.al., 2018). Consider job description
for the role of assistant manager to start developing a work listing for the company position. For
the role of assistant manager, i have to develop my skills and competencies to become right
candidate who helps the organization to achieve their goals & objectives.

process. It helps to guide recruiting with a detailed explanation to hit the right applicants which
making the job sounds enticing. It may be used by hiring assistant managers to hash out

perfect way to start a new job on its own right. But using a mixture of these outlets would be
much more successful, helping them to extend their efforts and speed up their work quest. Some
of them discussed below:
Networking events: This is often said that, when individual comes to finding a job, it is
matter that who you know. To find a good job, person need to have skills, but having the right
people may get them job more quickly. Networking activities are ways to meet others who can
match individual with future career prospects, offer helpful advice or serve as advisors in
the industry. By using websites is like Eventbrite, LinkedIn, Meetup or even Twitter to locate
networking opportunities in person. They will also have wireless networking. Connectivity can
be terrifying but the better it gets, the more they do it.

platforms (they are usually mentioned on the firm's site), where they also talk on business

CONCLUSION
From the above discussion it has been concluded that individual have to prepare them for the
future success. They need to set their future goals and implement appropriate strategies to
achieve success. Job description and person specification is essential to prepare to attract suitable
candidates for the right position. In addition, there are several resources which can be used by the

person to find relevant role for themselves. These resources are beneficial for recruiters to select
candidates according to the job description which they publish as per the required position.
