INTRODUCTIONEvery business organisation desire effective success and outcomes. The firm success areonly in the hand of personnel’s. If company have skilled and quality employees then it will easilyachieve its predetermined objective. Therefore, corporation required skilled and qualityworkforce. In order to improve the personality and professionalism of employees, firm shouldrender and organise effective training and development programs and personality developmentactivities so as employees can learn the criteria of effective work. Health and social; careorganisation is continuously growing and it have lots of positive changes occurs in the recentyear. In this sector, the main objective of organisation is to render effective and supportiveservices to patients so as they can easily overcome their health care issues and disability. Further,service provider and health experts should needs to develop such quality and skill through whichthey can perform in an effective manner at health and social care organisation. In this projectreport, the principles and culture effects on the health and social care organisation has beenaddressed. In addition to this, how individual experience and culture can influence the role insupporting users of service also discussed in this report.Task 11.1In health and social care organisation, the major objective is to provide an effective heathcare services to patients so as they can recover their health issues and disability. Being a serviceprovider in the health and social care organisation, give effective contribution in order to achieveobjective is my first priority. In order to render excellent and quality services to patients, serviceproviders and health care experts requires an effective skills, knowledge, ability and skill.Personal value and principle largely affect individual personality and his professionalism atworkplace. Every individual have their own personal value and principles which reflect theirpersonality (Hadar and Brody, 2013). According to their value and principles they interact withpeoples and perform at workplace. It can be said that personal value is a beliefs which reflect theculture. It can be show by their needs and desire and what they care about most in their life.Personal value can be influenced by the internal and external components. On the other handvalue reflect by the individual requirement mean what they find important and gives value intheir life which shapes their attitude, behaviour in each situation they encounter. the attributes in the individual personality which can guide them in developing a positiveparenting strategy bases on their personal belief and value system. Personal value and principlecan influence service provider and health expert’s personality in health and social careorganisation in following manner-Equal rights- As per this principles, service providers and health experts should treat allpatients as a equal manner. It mean they should give equal facility and service to patientsaccording to their requirement. There should not any kind of discrimination on the basisof their age, sex, gender, culture, region and personal reference (Kucherov andZavyalova, 2012).Confidentiality- As per this concept, all patients in health and social care have right tosecure their personal information and detail. Therefore, service provider should notdisclose their information without their permission (Erickson, Noonan and McCall,2012). Further they have not right to give patients information and personal detail tosomeone for any other purpose.1.2In health and social care organisation, the main objective is to provide effective health careservices and treatment so as they can recover their disability and health issues. Health careexperts should treat with patients in such manner so as they can feel comfortable and safe withthem. If they feel comfortable and safe with service experts then they will able to share theirhealth issues with them in an appropriate manner. Moreover, for this propose personal culturelargely significant. Culture is a value and beliefs through which individual can show theirpersonality at workplace (Long and Ismail, 2012). Culture can reflect by individual interaction,appearances, behaviour, attitudes, beliefs etc. It can be said that Culture refers to the cumulativedeposit of awareness, knowledge, importance, beliefs, thought, attitude, and special relationrequisite by a group of individuals in the courses of generation through individual and groupdetermined. Health and social care organisation should adopt the effective working environmentand culture so as patients can feel safe and comfortable at workplace. Further personal culturealso refers to the language and beliefs so if patients belongs from different culture or region thentheir language will also different Therefore, service provider should learn all types of language inorder to deal with different cultural people (Ulrich and et. al., 2013). In addition to this effectiveculture also aid in keep effective and healthy relationship between services providers and service4
