This term has been considered as a genericconcept which is referred to the whole of the provision of healthcare infrastructure, ingovernment and the private sector. The social wellbeing sector is one of the biggest sectors of theindustry and is also one of the leading name contributing towards the success and growth of theeconomy. The sector has a diversified range of organizations which are operating the business inoffering the services to the individuals with some special medical requirements. The businessorganizations are very much focused towards the society. Serving the vulnerable individuals hasbeen considered as the key objective of these organizations. Safeguarding the health of theindividuals within the organization or outside, has been considered as one of the main concernfor the health and social care organizations. Providing required services which comprise of thetreatments through various medications, other medical facilities, and services to the serviceusers, creating and spreading awareness regarding the services and the products etc. are some ofthe key roles which are played by the health and social care business organizations. Thesebusiness organizations operate on both the concepts .i.e. profit based and non-profitorganizations. The business entities are required to maintain standards so as to offer the requiredones with a quality of services. As these business firms are involved in offering the medicalservices, it is very much essential for the business corporations to maintain a sense ofcleanliness, hygiene, and safety within the health care centers. This will enhance the quality ofthe service delivery which in-turn will be proven beneficial for the organizations in the form ofincreased market share and increased goodwill. The below executed is the analysis which hasbeen focused on the Fleetwood Hall Home which is a healthcare organization in Southport whichis managed by Cumbric Care group. It is a picturesque 48 bedded Victorian building which islocated in the Southport, a stone’s throw from the coast (Gostin, Wiley, and Frieden, 2015). Thelocation is surrounded by golfing green and commanding views which are stunningly beautifulThe main concern of Fleetwood Hall is to promote dignity and self-worth of all the residents andmake them endeavor to serve an excellent standard of life. Task 11.1Application of principles of support to Offering support to the service users has been considered as the major aim of the socialwellbeing organization. And this has also been considered as the main principle of FleetwoodHall care home. In the healthcare organizations adoption of principles of support should be donein such a manner that they it should provide an assurance and also should be capable enough ofmaintaining service users with better health and wellbeing. The staff of the health care shouldhave a proper knowledge regarding the provision of the medical and the other services to beoffered to the service users (World Health Organization, 2015). Moreover, they should also havea sense of respect for the patients and should also be aware of the rights and duties to bepracticed during the working tenure within the organization. The service providers will have torespect all the patients and service users which are from the different culture and have variedbeliefs. The staff of Fleetwood Hall home is allowed to take decisions as per the norms andregulations prescribed within the organizational culture. The service providers are not supposedto violate the organizational policies. The organizations have the personal and confidentialdetails of the service users and the same should be kept safe, no miss-use of the same should bemade. This will enable the business entity to build trust among the service users and anenhancement in the market share will be observed (Aveyard, 2014). There is a number ofactivities which require the details of the patients and which should be kept and maintained forfurther use. The below mentioned are some of the principles for supporting the health careorganizational practices: Right of choice should be offered to every individual for their careDevelopment of an appropriate service care plan which should include the proper set ofinformation about the service users and all the staff members (Munn-Giddings andWinter, 2013). Communication process should be effective, clear and polite method should be used.
