anger, sadness, acceptance, bargaining, denial and many other factors. For better understanding

understanding the issues suffering by the service users. As per the results I will implement
equipment, separate the lodge area and bathrooms, etc. I will ensure that both clients and family
members get safe and secure environment.
Proper management of medicines:

The Fleetwood care home organization is also facing problem regarding the improper
management and record of medicines. For this, as a manager of Well- Being Care Home, I will
analyses the situation properly and implement the system within the Fleetwood by taking
permission of higher authorities. I will suggest all the health care professionals to store
information related to the medicines in the installed database. This results to handle the problem
regarding medicine management and its documentation.
4.2 Own contribution to the development and implementation of organisational policy in Nursing
Home
As a manager of Well- Being Care Home, I analyses the environment of the organization
and care homes effectively. This evaluation aware me about the improper implementation of the
organizational policies. From the shortcomings pointed out by the CQC, I develop and
implement the policies appropriately. These policies are explained below:
Policies related to the data protection:
I will implement the policies for keeping the data related to the health care professionals
and clients safe and secure. This policy is for preventing unauthorized access of third person to
the system of the care home.
Policy regarding organizational culture:
I will implement whereas strategies and approaches for improving the organizational
culture of the Fleetwood nursing home. These include maintenance of dignity, respect, morale,
etc of the clients while delivering them services. Along with this use of polite and proper
language without any abusive word while dealing with service users.
Policy related to the training and development sessions:
As per the shortcomings of the CQC, Fleetwood do not provide training to the nurses
which results to improper management of patients,. For improving this situation, I will
implement policy related to the training session as I have followed in Well-Being Care Home for
the development and enhancement of the care workers.
4.3 Recommendations to develop own contributions
Recommendations are important for me to improve and enhance my work efficiency and
performance in the Fleetwood nursing home. As per the report of CQC, care home is not
following all the policies and practiced properly. Along with this, there is lack of high quality
services to the clients. These problems are resolved by me with the help of proper

implementation of the proper and effective policies. For maintaining the quality of work and
services, Fleetwood have to conduct risk assessment time to time. This will help me and my team
members to maintain and manage the position and image of the firm in future. Along with this,
as a manager of Well- Being Care Home, I will change the policies and practices as per the
changes in legislation by government of UK. This will help in working legally with the time and
requirement of the situation. Along with this, I will take feedback from the service users for
identifying their problems and issues with respect to the services of the nursing home. This will
help me in taking appropriate actions for satisfying the need and expectations of the clients.
CONCLUSION
From the above study, it is concluded that with the help of proper principles, policies and
practices, health and social care firms can deliver quality services to the clients. Fleetwood need
to make changes into its working style and organizational policies for increasing the satisfaction
level of the patients. Along with this, with the help of appropriate theories health care
