Executive Summary
The focus of this report is on demonstrating the solutions to problem being identified in context
to BPMC Pty Ltd. The major problems that have been identified in business process of the
organization is the delay in delivery of order placed by customers. The solution that has been
proposed for mitigating the issues in the organization is development of a Business Process
Architecture (BPA). The proposed solution will help to redesign business processes within the
organization so that they can carry out their business efficiently with expected customer
satisfaction. The concept of BPA will help the organization to improve their performance in
terms of delivery and asset management by effective decision making. The improvements that
have to be incorporated in the existing business processes has been illustrated with the help of
‘To Be’ process so that the required changes can be easily understood by the client.
The gaps in business processes identified in part A has been resolved by designing the ‘To Be’
process flow diagram. Further, the key aspects of the proposed solution has also been elaborated
in this report to present the changes that have to be implemented within the delivery process
followed by the organization. The discussions are also carried out on the impact that the
organizational changes will have on the organization, people and the use of modern technologies.
The process for invoking the proposed changes in the organization have also been presented in
the section third section of this report along with it, the process for measuring success of the
change have also been stated. Finally, some recommendations have been suggested for the
business so that proper implementation can be carried out in the organization.

Introduction
In this report, the solutions for solving issues faced by BPM Pty Ltd. has been presented
so that excellence can be achieved in their business processes. The organization being chosen for
this study is a medium sized business that provides recreational packages for clients. The report
is focused on illustrating the requirement of developing a Business Process Architecture (BPA)
and the advantages that can be gained by the organization from the architecture. The gaps in
existing business process that is the ‘As Is model’ has been modified which is presented as ‘To
Be’ process flow diagram so that the necessary changes can be easily demonstrated. Further, the
discussions are presented on the key aspects of the solution that has been proposed for the
organization. The significant considerations that are required for implementing solution in the
organization have also been highlighted and finally recommendations are based on the solutions
and considerations in this report.
Proposed Solution
Importance of developing a Business Process Architecture
For the business of BPMC Pty Ltd., it is essential to develop a Business Process
Architecture (BPA) so that they can solve existing issues within the organization. The
development of BPA is required for transformation of business processes within the
organization. The concept of BPA is increasingly becoming a widely accepted phenomenon in
the management world (Rosemann and vom Brocke 2015). The concept of business architecture
is different than business requirements and it will help BPMC Pty Ltd. to define and build a
structure so that it could be leveraged throughout their entire management cycle. The
development of a BPA is required for the company as in a competitive environment,
