this round, manager check my academic knowledge regarding marketing, creative thinking
process and ability to perform in different circumstances.

is impressed with it. I observed that most of the questions are from my past experience and from
basic fundamentals which help me to get this job. It is valuable experience which further helps in
my future because it will increase your thinking process, make me capable to take decision under
pressure and develop my critical thinking. Previous job experience is very important because that
time you learn various things and it will be applied in the next job. At the time of giving
interview I observe the organizational culture, work environment and expectation. These are the
strength of the interview process which can be used as a lifetime experience.
Weakness:
At the time of giving interview I observed that, my knowledge regarding current affairs
awareness, logical reasoning etc. can became barrier or reason to not selected for the post of
assistant manager. This process also increase the stress level which make me more nervous. Due
to stress and pressure most of the candidates are getting panic which reduce the confidence as

CONCLUSION
This report concluded that professional identity and practices help the individual as well
as whole organization where they improve their skills according top the requirement. With the
help of audit skills, I am able to identify where currently I am existing and the required
improvement for the effective or efficient work. Along with this, development help to enhance
their skills and then achieve their business goals & objectives. Various theories will be adopted
by the organization to improve their efficiency which increase the productivity or profitability.
Development plan help the individual to identify the area where they required improvement and
what should be the steps they have to follow for the successful outcomes. Interview process also
have their own strength and weakness which affect the individual in the future.
