INTRODUCTION
Purpose of this project report is ti understand professional identity of people when working
within any organization. Professional identity of an individual depict whole concept of the related
values, skills, behavior and capabilities of a person working in organization. In order to deliver
effective knowledge and skills, a professional attribute and behavior are requires as it create an
opportunities for the career development (Arshad and et. al., 2022). Organization selected in this
report is Hilton founded in 1919. It hold an excellent or luxurious presence across the world as it
provide various service including food and beverage, bar, entertainment and accommodation. This
report will cover advantages of the professional development and employees expectation to
enhance their competencies and skills. In this an evaluation of skill will also conducted along with
own strength and weakness of an individual.
Overview of the chosen organization
Hilton is a largest hotel brand across the world wild. This hotel was incorporated in 1919
by Conrad Nicholson Hilton. Respective hotel is situated at around 584 location and it serve in
world wide. This brand has targeted at both leisure travellers and business with different location
within various major city centrer, around airports and famous vacation destination at global level.
It is operating a chain of the luxury and full services resort and services, extended- stay services
along with focused service hotels. Hilton offer food, restaurants, lodging, loyalty programs and
dining. It manage the customer loyalty program under Hilton Honours brand.
Advantages and importance of ongoing professional and personal development
Personal and professional development are considered as most significant aspect for the
people as help them to grab the growth opportunities for their cares development (Bavik and Kuo,
2022). This is a constant and pervasive function for the individual that improve their capabilities
