memory and generating various ideas for problem solving. This is an effective theory which
helps in enhancing minds of the individual as well as allows them to function properly and take
effective decisions regarding working within the respective hospitality industry (Hadar and
Brody, 2013).
Constructivism- This theory determines that learning is an active and continuous
process. This theory to learning allows individuals to learn various concepts,
