The project was based on the preparation, design and delivery of a seminar in which there
would be various discussions and interactions between the board members and the employees of
the organisation (Ziakas and Trendafilova 2018). Based on the requirements of the seminar, the
project was divided into individual tasks in the form of a work breakdown structure that was then
scheduled in order to identify the overall duration of the project (She, Tong and Chen 2015). The
project timeline developed is shown in the following table along with the work breakdown
structure.
