1.2: Influence of professional values Teachers should be very careful in the performing what he or she is doing as it will impact the students and also to make sure of fulfilling the commitments that he is making to the students. Because once a student observes that teacher is not fulfilling and sticking to its words then students will also start to do the same. Because some students are dull and weak and they are not able to keep up with the pace, so it is the responsibility of the teachers to keep them with the other students by giving more attention to them. Teachers should not put emphasis on teaching but they should also give attention to self learning and development on a continuous basis also. Also the teachers should also have a mindset of learning from their students also.

TASK 3 3.1: Roles of stakeholders and external bodies in training and education Stakeholders are considered as people who are related with Metro and some of the stakeholders are discussed as under: Shareholders:The shareholders are those person who have purchased the equity shares of the company or have at least a sharing of one share in the company's stock. The shareholders are the owners of the company(Bercovitch, 2011). These play significant role and importance in Metro. 3.2: Accountability to stakeholders and external bodies impact the organisation There are various stakeholders and external bodies that impact the operations of the enterprise in both positive and negative way. Some of these are mentioned below: Government:The government and other regulatory bodies are responsible for designing several rules and regulations and enterprises that are related to training and education. For instance, the trainings for customer relationship management require a minimum of 120 days but as per the regulations of the government they are only given 90 days. But according to this time duration the entire course cannot be completed of CRM and thus proper educations will not be provided(Danielson, 2011). Thus , it will give an negative impact on the workings of Metro in the education and training. Customer:Company generally provides training because the company requires that they satisfy the needs and wants of customer. The training and education programs are created according to the demands of the customers in the market. But when the current trends in themarketchangesthetrainingandeducationprogramsaremodifiedbythem accordingly. Lets say , current the customers in markets require products that have low carbohydrate and sugar in them, then the trainingand education will be provided accordingly to the employees. Then after some time suddenly there is a requirement that products should be without sugar and should include salts then they are required to provide training for performing such type of modifications and then the earlier provided training will be a waste. Thus , it will give negative impact on the company. 3.3:Importance of working in partnership with employers and other stakeholders in education and training Metro can gain many benefits when employers and other stakeholders work with each other for training and education session. Some of these are discussed as under: Financial assistance:The investors are the stakeholders of the company when they are involved in the training and education period, the most important benefit that can be derived from the organisation is financial assistance. For this purpose the company requiresthefundswhichareprovidedbytheinvestorsofcompany. Also, there involvement provides such training which assists the companies in providing more investment in company.
Identification of current needs and wants:The identification of current needs and wants are Only possible when the customers are involved in the session of education and training(Darling-Hammond, and McLaughlin, 2011). This is because the buyers of the goods are the person who change the tastes and preferences as per the trends in the market but when the company involves them in the framework, appropriate training is provided to the employees according to the requirements. Byfollowingrulesandregulations:Inthecorporatesectors, thegovernment involvement is there as they provide the guidelines and rules & regulations that are to be adopted in the training session. These programs should be followed by all the norms that are applicable. For instance, some programs is needed to be completed in 30 days according to the policies given by government, then it should be completed in that particular time period. 3.4: Impact of being accountable to stakeholders and external bodies as per curriculum design For the proper execution of training and education it is necessary that there is a curriculumdesign, deliveryandassessment.Forthispurposetheexternalbodiesand shareholders are accountable which gives the impact. If the company finds any financial issue in any particular program then the investors of the company will be liable for this because they have provided investment for the working of organisation like Metro. There are various external bodies in which one of them is customer which provides the knowledge regarding the current trends of the market, preferences and needs of customers ,so that the curriculum will be formulated in accordance with that. Also, apart from this when the company required and observes that there is need for training and education problem in the company, the stakeholders will ensure and provide their full efforts that no mistakes are occurred, there should be proper timings, and efforts for minimising costs should be considered by both trainers and trainees and this will only be possible when the both external bodies and stakeholders are involved. TASK 4 4.1: Key aspects of policies, guidelines and codes of practise Guidelines of training and education:The top level authority provides guidelines for training that is to be taken into consideration by the trainers who are providing training. There is
a need of identification of every area of development according to the employee and then the training programs are to be formulated as per the needs of employees. Policies related to training:The policies provides the equivalent opportunities should be given to all the employees of the company such that they can share their issues and difficulties. The company should focus on providing training and education in every three months so that the knowledge and skills of employees can be enhanced on a regular basis. 4.2: Analysing the impacts of organisational requirements and expectations on curriculum practise According to the requirements and effectsof the company , it affects the curriculum of training programs that can be optimistic and negative both. Lets say for instance if any software development requires an training for a period of 50 days but there is an expectation that enterprise will be able to complete it in 20 days. Then it will provide a negative impact and will disturb the functioning of the entire organisation as in 20 days the whole software programs can not be teach properly(du Plessis, and Van Niekerk, 2014). In major cases, the expectations of the enterprise is high in shorter time period which will be completed by the company but not in a proper and efficient way. The above specified example is of negative situation, but there are also positive ways. For example the allotted time is 50 days but the the training will get completed in 25 days. TASK 5 5.1: Analyse the quality improvements and quality assurance arrangements The improvements in quality matter a lot because when the companies hires the trainers , this means that they want quality in their operations and other activities. The companies Like Metro takes various measures, some of them are discussed as under: employees that work in the organisation are from different countries and have distinct languages. Therefore, it is the responsibility of the training person to formulate the program in such a manner that is suitable for every employee no matter what his background is. Optimum utilisation of resources as for maintaining the quality and efficiency of products and for providing the training and education related to the particular field. This is significant as the managers can analyse which areas are causing problem and improvements can be done in that particular area(Paterson, and Chapman, 2013). Self Evaluation:Under this method the own performance is evaluated so that progress can be made, proper learning and development for the identification of which area is improved and which area still needs improvements. In this comparison is constructed between the past situation and the current status. Such that the issues can be identified and improvements can be take place easily. These both are very critical and must be performed by every individual staff members so that quality can be controlled and maintained by everyone working in the organisation. The model of quality assuranceis implemented in the organisation to prevent the mistakes and detecting the defects in the products. The three steps that will assist the Metro plc in maintainig quality are: Step 1: Risk analysis Step 2: Activity planner step 3: Implementing activity. 5.3: Learning programme Taking account of the quality maintainance As per the Metro, there is a need of improvement in the certain areas so that the products that are provided to customers are of better quality and better satisfaction is provided to customers while increasing the revenues of the firm and also the profit maximisation. Some of the areas of which needs improvement are given below: Production department:In this department of the company there is a need to focus more on the quality management because if the customers are not happy with the quality of products then they will shift to another products and hence will decrease the revenues of the company. Because no customer will like to purchase low quality products with their hard earned money(Reeves, 2012).
Customer relationship department:In the retailing sectors, the employees direct meet the customers and get into interaction with them, thus CRD department requires improvement in it. Such that more satisfaction and better services are provided to customers who are visiting thestore of Metro, because here direct meeting with the customers takes place. Thus, it can be said that above two departments of the company needs improvement so that they can increase the revenue and profit of the company by satisfying its customers. 5.4: Identification of areas for improvement in the learning programme After evaluating the report it can be seen that above company needs improvement in the customer relationship department and it is one of the most significant department as it will increase the sales of the company and in turn will increase the profit of the company. The company should also make sure that human resource which is being held for the handling the complaints of the clients have appropriate knowledge are equipped with the necessary details that are required for solving the queries of the company. After that company should focus on the improving the quality of production department so that the manufactured products are of high quality and involve low cost in manufacturing. CONCLUSION As per the above report, it has been concluded that for the purpose of education and training in the company there is requirements that the trainers possess professional skills, which is very significant for the purpose of enhancing the quality of work of employees, so that they can satisfy the needs and wants of consumers. This project report has been performed on Metro company which operates in the retail sector where the training is required in the manufacturing and customer relation department. Also the company tells about the role of various stakeholders and external bodies of organisation because they play a significant role in the company.
