The key deliverable for theproject would form the server implementation and it would form the improvement of theoperations.3d. Purpose of the Project Management PlanAs opined by Alcorn, Good and Pain (2013), Project Management Plan is a documentthat has been developed for forming the improved and systematic processing of theinformation. It was formed for integrating the development functions for the organization. The project management plan consists of some steps namely assess, initiate, plan, control, stabilize, and close. The activities of the project would help in forming the installation of twoservers and 10 computers in the organization. The document would be developed forintegrating the functions of implementation and it would form the improved and systematicprocessing of the organization. The plan of project management would help in phasing theactivities of the project in different sub-projects and then developing the serverimplementation in the organization. The effective project management plan improvementconstitutes the implementation of the improved and systematic processing of the organization(Behl and Behl 2012). The implementation of the improved and systematic operations wouldhelp in forming the system improvement of operations. The project management plan consists of developing the effective role of theoperations and it would form the effective control of the functions in the organization. Theplan consists of 5 phases namely project initiation phase, project implementation phase, project planning phase, project monitoring phase, and lastly project closing phase (Bommer,Crowley and Pinho 2015). The initiation phase would help in requirement analysis, developing initial documents, making the project charter documents, submitting the initialdocuments and charter for approval, and approval of the initiation documents. The planning

5PROJECT MANAGEMENTphase includes the analysis of the requirements of the project, developing outline for the plan, reviewing the plan outline with requirements, making complete plan for the project, client'srequirement is considered, network components are considered for design, structure anddesign outlay are made, evaluation of the design, completion of the design, and site planningis developed. The implementation phase includes basic infrastructure is formed, computermachines are purchased, computer devices are set up, network routers and switches areinstalled, network components are aligned as per design, software and tools are installed inthe device, and programming is done (Borgman, Mubarak and Choo 2015). The projecttesting phase includes testing of the network components and execution of the servercomponents. The project closure phase consists of making final report is developed, submitted for sign off, signed off, and project is closed. 4. Background4a. Describe the need the project is set to addressThe project of implementation of 2 servers of network and 10 computer devices in theorganization would be helpful for the organization to develop the improved and systematicprocessing of the information processing. The lack of the integration of the informationsystem would result in developing some issues in the operations of the organization (Mir andPinnington 2014). The issues of the organization include the delay in information transfer, improper integration of the information system, and increased amount of work load. Theproject improvement would result in forming the effective management of the informationsystem (Browning, So and Sparks 2013).
