managing the project successfully is to divide this into practicable phases and tasks also
follow the confirmed processes of the project management.
Five processes are present in the project management by which this selected project
that is making the electronic coffee maker named Brisk Brew is managed for successful
completion which are as follows:
i) Initiation of the project:
In this stage, the idea of this project is approved and the project charter is generated in
this stage.
ii) Planning of the project:
In this stage, the project plan is done and all the work are distributed among the team
member with respect to their skills (Lindhard & Larsen, 2016). This stage is very much
important for the success of the project.
iii) Execution of the project:
During this stage, the actual work is occurred. It is contained the quality, managing
the communications and the total team of the project.

This stage is overlapped with others also included all processes to make sure this
project is followed the proposed plan. It is also included the processes to control scope,
budget and schedule.
v) Closure of the project:
In this stage, the project is completed all the objectives and the processes of closure
are executed to wrap on this proposed project (Slack & Brandon-Jones, 2018).
To manage this project of making the electronic coffee maker named Brisk Brew to
its completion in order to stay out of the trouble, there are several recommendations present
that can help which are as follows:
i) Investing in effectively engaged all the executive sponsors (Chang, 2016.
ii) Avoid the creep of scope or any uncontrolled changes to the scope of this selected project.
iii) Need to mature the capabilities of the value delivery.
Also, the communication is helped to stay the objectives of this project aligned and
for this some advices are applicable which are as follows:
i) Need to properly describe the project goals, objectives also the outcomes.
ii) Required the appropriate statement of scope with recognized constraints.
iii) Required to conduct the requirements collecting sessions with main stakeholders
containing end users of the output of this final project of electronic coffee maker (Heldman,

iv) Need to hold the review of the requirements also the approval meeting for having the

d) It can reduce the chances of rework and the conflicts.

proactive (Marr, 2019). There is needed to recognize the risks timely and frequently review
identified risks with team for understanding there is any need to change this or not. When the
