For avoiding this type ofproblem, the organization wants to develop proper system of ticketing. The implementation ofonline ticketing system is quite helpful in minimizing the queue at the gates for ticket invasion.1.3. Project description and objectives It is identified that the implementation of online ticketing system within the organization“RALS” helps in minimizing the problems that the people faces due to manual system ofticketing.
