to identify the accurate project scope which means to dedicate towards working on

 To open the coffee shop that will require to operate business within different areas. The
primary aim of project is to provide high quality of coffee, breakfast and lunch within
reasonable prices. It will be operating under 1900 square foot commercial building. The

 As per discussion, project manager has justified that identified the preference of customer
to adapt the best quality of services in term of taste, value and quantity. Every competitors
in market has shown their own theme which always attracted more consumer. Especially
for young generation those are always going for coffee shop with friends. In this way,
project manager calculate the overall budget and invest 2-3% of theme. It will be
selecting an attractive theme which always inspire or motivate more customers.
