INTRODUCTION
Project management means application of knowledge and skills for accomplishing different

current study is based on managing project of relocation of a company that is based in Center of
London and wants to relocate its business operations to the area around Banbury, Oxfordshire in

plan including number of activities for attaining this objective. It will also comprise of different
tools and techniques of project management. Further, it will monitor and control different tasks of
