effort of the volunteers and gain more profit for the business. An online ticket selling platform is
required to be created such the organization can sell the tickets of the lifestyle show via internet
and display other offers to the customer for attracting them. The development of the information
system would reduce the requirement of volunteers and help in faster selling of the tickets and
reach more number of customer at a time.

For the completion of the project successfully the requirement of the project is required to
be understand and the system analyst is responsible for analysis of the requirement. A good
communication is required to be maintained with the analyst, risk manager and the project
manager for increasing efficiency of the project development process. The project manager is
required to have good leadership quality for the collaboration of the team members and motivate
them for working on the project actively. A trust is required to be created between the project
manager and the team member to rely on him and participate in the development process. The
success of the project is dependent on the management capability of the project manager and the
capability of the risk manager to forecast the risk associated with the project. A good relationship
is required to be maintained between the project manager and the development team for
communication of the requirement with the team member and clear any doubt arising during the
span of the development of the project. The hurdles raised in the project is required to be
removed immediately for the development of the project. The operational manager is required to
manage the resources allocated for the development of the project and assign it to the
development team for the accomplishment of the aims and objectives of the project. The project
manager should have the learning ability and can learn from the project and respond to the
problem raised at different points in the project for improvement of the skills and knowledge
make the project a success.
The necessary skills that the project manager should possess for the development of the
project are as follows:

Personal skills- the project manager should have the capability to motivate the people
and work closely with the team member. The project manager is also responsible for
communicating with the team members for finding the flaws in the system and develop a project
schedule. The project development team should develop the modules and the functionality is

Technical skills- should have technical about the different programming languages,
software application and network. The errors in the modules are required to be identified and the
errors in the modules are required to be resolved immediately for increasing the efficiency and
quality of the system.
Management skill- Should be able to use different project management tools for
estimation of the activity and the resources required for the development of a project. A baseline
is required to be added in the project and if any change is required to be made it can be tracked
for the identification of the change and increase the efficiency of the development process.
