INTRODUCTION
The project management refers to an application that includes different kinds of procedures, techniques,
information, capabilities and experience to attain desired goals of particular project successfully. It also
involves the criteria of build more effective as well as efficient strategy for completing specific contract
properly along with generating better outcomes (Braglia and Frosolini, 2014). This report is based on QA
Higher Education (QAHE) which is going to plan a full refurbishment of its teaching rooms and computing
labs in the London Campus to improve learning environment so that better educational outcomes are availed. It
is helpful for providing better or comfortable environment to staff as well as students by adopting latest
technology that render support for teaching and studies. This assignment will describes about project initiation
document including various factors and preparation of risk register through mentioning of several kinds of
possible issues.
