Introduction
Mazda is a company that has been able to gain popularity across different Automobile
markets known to be located in various parts of the world. Moreover, the level of popularity that
the entire organization has gained currently cannot be compared to what was there in the past
five or ten years (Baumeister et al. 2016). This is majorly as a result of the quality attractive cars
that the company has been able to produce way back from 2008. The top management team of
Mazda Company has been able to develop quite a number of leadership strategies together with
various forms of customer relationship strategies that has given them a perfect time to be able to

the developed and in the developing countries, Mazda models are being exported in large
quantities since various individuals have been able to realize the importance is these machines in
terms of their fuel consumption and maneuverability most so when they are being used to move

the Company has been able to release a series of models after every two or three years where
these new models being released into the market, tend to be an improved version of the initial
models that had been manufactured before (Calder, Isaac and Malthouse 2016). Mazda Demio,
Mazda Axela and Mazda Verisa are among the common Mazda brands that have rocked the
market as a result of their affordable price together with the new technology that is fitted in them
to allow the machines to focus on saving fuel consumption during their operations. Moreover,
the Axela version is the model that acted as a game changer and a stepping stone to the entire
Mazda fraternity. The company decided to manufacture the Axela in two different versions

make sure that their products and services are diverse across different customers who tend to be
having totally different interests. Additionally, the two major models of Axela majorly include
the Mazda 3 and Mazda 6 both of which have been manufacture in form of the Sedan version or
the Hatchback version depending on the preference of a given customer. This report therefore
aims towards carrying out an analysis in relation to the Mazda 6 model (Gruber et 2016).
Body
Despite all the Mazda versions including Demio that has captured the attention of various
individuals across developed countries since a good number of them have been able to prefer it
for a taxi business, the Mazda six version of the Mazda family is a no joke machine (Murphy and
Dweck 2016). As the saying always goes across various Mazda enthusiasts “Mazda never
manufactures ugly machines”, this is true beyond any reasonable doubt from what is displayed
by the Mazda 6. This is a machine that is meant to impress the customer right from the first
encounter and perhaps, this is the major reason why quite a number of individuals have been
talking about it almost on a daily basis (Gruber et al. 2016).
