INTRODUCTION Quality management and organization excellence are two things that are related to the each other. This is important for the organizations to manage their quality standards in order to improve quality of their products and services to provide higher satisfaction to the consumers. To provide better products and services to the customers it is important for them to implement various practices that can help them to design and manufacture the products with high accuracy and precision. From 2010 Engineering Tooling Company is involved in the manufacturing of the tools that are used in the medical surgeries.
