Identifying short-time recruitment needs
The short-time recruitment needs that Central Cafe currently needs include a
marketing manager, financial manager, chef and a few waiters that can help in serving the
customers. Currently, with only 10 employees, it can be difficult for Central Cafe to continue
with entertaining the customers. As stated by Guedes (2015) the use of social media can help
identifying the perfect and required candidates for the positions, which the Central Cafe need
to fulfil. The analysis can be based on the level of efficiency of the employees as well as
identification of vacant positions that can help in gaining the trust of the customers.
