service providing in different countries. The report consist the recruitment and the selection process.
The leadership styles and the importance of team working are also highlighted in the report.

As being the HR manager has to play a various kinds of role in the recruitment and in the
selection process. The hr manager is mainly responsible for the recruitment process in the company

employees for polishing their skills and briefing them about the new technologies and methods
which helps in better productivity and the overall development of their personality. The issues and
the problems are also getter sort out by me at some level by listening them their working issues and

Leader is a person who guides and commands over the individual or on to the group of
people and influence the behaviour of other s by their personal traits and qualities. When leader will
be having the certain leadership qualities and skills then he will be able to guide other and will
influence others for following him. The people will only get attracted toward when he will be
carrying some good qualities.They will be obeying their leader and make them their ideal (Wear
and Nind, 2011). The leadership qualities and skills which are required by leader for leadership are:
Communication skill- The communication is a most important factor in the leadership. A leader
must be clear in communicating or in expressing his views and thoughts to his subordinates.

influencing other.
Managerial skills- It consist with the ability to manage the critical situations in the organisations
effectively and having the ability for handling the different situation.
