Project proposal
1 Project description The project mainly focuses on the recruitment of sales team at
Wollongong store within the organization “Australian Hardware”,
which generally engages in providing proper quality of hardware,
building materials as well as garden supplies from Australia. It is
identified that the organization faces declining sales in Wollongong
store as per the current sales report and in order to resolve this
issue, the organization wants to recruit a sales team.
2 Stakeholders The stakeholders of the organization include:
HR manger
Interviewer
Senior manager
Employee
Administrative team
3 Project Goal/objectives The main goal of the project is to recruit a sales team for the
organization “Australian Hardware” within the Wollongong store
for enhancing sales of the company.
The objectives of the project include:
To recruit sales team within Wollongong store of Australian
Hardware
To enhance the sales of the organization
To increase the customer base of Australian Hardware
4 Ker result areas The key result areas of the project include:
Enhancing sales: Due to the recruitment of sales team within the
Wollongong store, the sales of the company will increase.
Increasing customer base: Due to enhancing number of sales team
within the organization the customer base also increases as the
demands as well as needs of the customers are properly handled.
Earning profit: Due to the enhancing sales, the yearly revenue of
Australia Hardware will increase.
5 Recommended method The recommended method includes:
Proper training: Proper training facility must be provided to the
newly hired sales team for the organization “Australian Hardware”
so that the organization can be able to handle the work properly
without facing any type of challenges.
Arming sales force with mobile communication: Proving mobile
communication to the sales force not only helps in updating
information immediately but also helps the managers to effectively
track the data through different sales funnels.

The key performance indicator for the project mainly includes:
Cash flow forecast: It is found that with the help of cash flow
forecast the organization is able to access the sales of the
organization quite effectively. By assessing the sales, the
organization is able to the performance.
