2REFLECTIVE ANALYSIS Introduction Management is often considered to be an integral part of any organization in any department. It is crucial for any manager to be able to manage the entire organization but most importantly tothepeople working in the firm. The reason behind this is that the employees form a critical part of an organization and their management will have a direct impact on the success of the firm. The given report will be discussing the contents of the modules in the coursework and make reflective comments on the same. Analysis Module 1 The first module discussed the role of management in a contemporary organization. The given module, essentially explores the responsibilities, roles and the functions which an efficient manager should be possessing in the organization so that the firm can perform well in the future (Bratton & Gold, 2017). The module throws light on the way the organizations have essentially changed in the past and how the role of management has changed considerably.After the past has been covered, with a peek into the future, themodule then be discussed the topic related Organizational Behaviour. Managing Organizational behavior forms an essential role of a manager as it assists in understanding the behavior of people in the workplace.If a manager wants to be successful, they must possess the essential knowledge of the ways to monitor organizational behavior in the organization(Wilson & Fiona, 2018). The model is divided into two parts andthis second part shifts the focus towards motivation and the concept of influence. It lies the duty of the manager to be able to understand the role of these concepts so that they are able to analyze it properly and apply it into the daily operations of the organization(Brown &

The given topics being discussed in the given module, hold creative importance in my life as I pursue to become a successful manager in the long run of the business organization. Hence an understanding of these topics would contribute towards my performance in future.I have read various books and journals on the given topics and have witnesses various case studies with real life examples as to how understanding the behaviour of the people and motivating them essentially would contribute to the welfare of the company at large. Through this coursework, I was able to strengthen my knowledge in the given areas in a proper manner which would make be better at my performance in the corporate world. So far, I have been able to learn all essential topics being discusses in the given module. I have learnt various theories related to Organizational behavior and Motivation with practical examples from real business.The knowledge being gathered by me will contribute effectively towards my passion of being a successful business manager in the long term of the business organization. I have gained specific communication and problem solving skills which would be useful. Module 2 The second module is based on Workplace Communication and Change. Communication forms an essential part of the organization and if there exists a communication gap in the organization it might lead to certain issues in the long run of the organization. Furthermore, Change forms of an essential part of the organization as it assists in guiding the organization and seeing to it that they adapt to the different needs of the external business environment(Kaplan, LaPort, & Waller, 2013).
