INTRODUCTION
Personal and professional development is the important component in every person lives.
It gives major role in maintaining and handling the reputation of the individuals. Personal and
professional development means the enhancement and development of the person in their
personal life and in their professional life as well (Crowley, 2017). This development state that
growth and development of personality in order to manage the different conditions and situation
at different phase. The professional development oblique to acquire all the fresh knowledge and
skills hat will going to support them towards developing and increasing the performance in the
company. This is much essential for each individuals to utilise personal and professional
development in order to manage and maintain the growth and development in the company and
in their life as well (Robertson, 2016). This report is going to cover and identify the potential
area for development and also going to identify the training and development opportunities,
personal development programs, skill audit and also about the procedure of the individuals in
their development and growth in the company.
TASK 1
Examine the learning style using the two options provided on line, compare the results and
from this sort out how you learn new material.
Every individuals has different learning styles and preferences that help them and
provide benefits. There are several survey on the styles of learning and there are various theories
about how many styles and way of learning. So one of the most powerful survey analysed or
identified three styles of learning and which is visual, auditory, and Kinaesthetic. This model is
known as VAK model. I analysed or examined two learning styles of me and that is Auditory
and Visual. In Auditory learner, I learn by hearing and listening the things. I understand and
remember the things that I have heard (Drewes, Henderson and Mouza, 2018). Also, the another
style is visual, in that I learn or grab the things by seeing or reading the pictures. In this I
analysed and understand the things by sight. So there are several ways to learn new material as I
am I have different styles of learning in that I can understand the things by remembering things
by sight or by learning and hearing. Its is very important for me to hear the things in order to
learn well and proper.

I have learned several new skills or information by using new telephone and I pad or
different gadgets. I used mobile phones and record my self and my spelling words and then listen
my recording so that I can know about where I am lacking. I am using flashcards in order to
learn new words and new skills and read them out loud. I am also using technology Mash – Ups
in order to know and learned about the new skills which is related to 3D printing, programming
in order learn faster and retain better knowledge (Varlejs, 2017). Also I m using virtual or
augmented reality in order to know and gain experience about what is going on in the world or in
the environment without actually being there.

The provided instructions was very useful for me, as they give me information about,
how to identify the learning styles. Also, by reading the instruction, I got to know about the
different ways and styles of learning and different ways to learn and grab the things. By using
the instruction , I got to know about my learning style as I am auditory and Visual learner. I need
to hear the things in order to grab the things in a very appropriate way (Geia, Pearson and Sweet,
2017). These instructions helped me inform me about, how I deal with any situation, what are
my preferences means how I react in any situation or conditions in order to manage and deal
with that. These instruction also helped to increase my productivity and efficiency so that I can
grow and develop myself effectively. It also helped to find and analysed my weaknesses and my
strong point so that I can do much and give their efforts towards improving the skills. This will
going to help me in future towards achieving success and accomplishing the target aims and
objectives.

ideas by connecting them what I experienced and what I already know and then I moving them

evidence of my learning. All sessions and programmes give evidence of my skills and
knowledge. There are four kinds of evidence who gave information and evidence about my
knowledge and skills and that is direct evidence, indirect evidence, supporting evidence, and
evidence and equity. As I have done my graduation and I have a very good knowledge about
how to communicate with others, how to show skills and knowledge to others. The skills and
knowledge represent the capabilities which are required or needed to get success in the role. The
skills that represent me as quick learner is soft skills and good communicator. Soft skills include
an individuals skills or social skills and also involve competency in the things like leadership,
time management, problem solving, communication, customer service. Soft skills are very
difficult to acquire and much valuable to any one. These soft skills develop and enhance my
hard skills . As earlier I was representative of my class so I that time I realised that I have a
leadership quality and communication skills.

I am currently operating and working on few diploma courses in order to minimise the
weakness and develop the weak areas of mine. Now a days I am working reading the books
