The organisation’s size will impact the nature of the external environment, along with
that it also affects the ability to respond towards the surrounding (Covey 2004). Just like
other small business as well as limited resources like management and finance, which are not
able to analyse the surrounding, will react in a negative way. Small companies hold some
advantages, just like the big companies, while adapting the economic and financial changes.
Organisations with small size take small decisions, which are based on leadership terms and
they bring quick changes in their products and workforce (Covey 2004). In general, small
organisation flourish in a slow economy, for instance, companies having strong economic
backing can expand through buying competitors and attract customers. The ABC Company is
a growing company, and it will widen its market by increasing product base. Matrix
organisational structure tries to group the staff in both the production and functional basis.
The right corporate structure is one that includes series of the goods and tries to operate

the project team, and among all departments.

the employees and cover up regulations for the staff of the company. It also emphasises over
attaining the objectives, to give more power as well as authority to the managers. On the
other side, human resource management is considered as a broader term, as compared to

HRM strategies. With the coming of technologies like telecommunication and computer
technologies, ABC companies are required to determine that, there is an increase in
capabilities for attaining competitive benefits. ABC is also expected to explore the
