INTRODUCTIONIn an organisation employees plays a very crucial role through which firm can able togain the high success and profitability in the market. Every entity requires skilled and talentsemployees so as it can sustain in the market for long time and develop its own brand image. Inorder to improve the performance and sales of the business enterprise, corporation requiresproviding training and development opportunity to workforce so as they can able to improvetheir quality and working criteria (Baur and Haase, 2015). With assistance of training anddevelopment and professional development of personnels, firm can improve the entireperformance and growth in the market. In the present report the major aim is to analyse theimpact of training and development within the organisation. It is the multinational electroniccompany which deal with the electronic goods like television, calculators, refrigerators, airconditioners and washing machines. The major issue within the Samsung company is that itssales and profitability has decreased due to the poor working performance of employees. Thus, inthis research project investigator investigated the various criteria of training and developmentand its impact on the improvement business performance and sales. In addition to this, variousmethods and techniques of training and development has been also discussed in this projectreport.

As per the view of Avery and Jing, (2011) mentioned aspecthelps in improveing the performace of training and development through which workforce cangain the opportunity for increasing their personality and professionalism within a particularsector. In this process, highly professionals and well train professor or coach or mentor can hireby the company for organise and conduct the training and development programs within theorganisation.Various methods of mentioned conceptAs per the view of Arnulf, and et.al., (2014) Major there are two kinds of methods of thetraining and development that is on the job training and off the job training. In the on the jobtraining, company provide training and development facilities to employees at the workplace. Inthis method, mentor, professionals, coach can render new skill, knowledge and ability withinworkforce so as they can develop their personality and professionals in a particular field. In theon the job training coaching, mentoring, job rotation, job instruction are included. As per theview of Alessandri and et.al., (2012) coaching and mentoring is a process under whichemployees can get the training by coach and mentors. It is a one to one interaction and it alwaysdone by a senior inside person within the organisation. In addition to this job rotation is anothermajor important method of on the job training under which person can rotate through a series ofrelated jobs. As per the view of Agarwal and et.al., (2012) off the job training are that programswhich organise in separate from the job environment and in this process study material issupplied. In this method various techniques are included like lectures and conferences, vestibuletraining etc. Importance and value of mentioned conceptAs per the view of English, and Kirshner, (2016) training and development is thateffective way through which any firm can improve the speed, quality and efficiency ofemployees. With help of this training and development programs, corporation provides anopportunity to workforce for improving their skills, knowledge, ability, capability about theparticular field. Once employees gain the effective criteria of working and learn various skill andknowledge about effective performing in the company then it can directly improving the entireperformance of business. In the context of Samsung company its deals with the various

electronic goods. Thus, in order to gain effective success and increase the sales of product andservices, company required to improve the quality of employees working and enhance theproductivity. Hence, training and development is the most effective way to improve the sales andperformance of the Samsung company. As per the view of Leavy, (2016) with help of trainingand development programs, corporation can enhance the employee's motivation, job satisfaction,increasing efficiency, effectiveness, reduce employees turn over, enhance corporation's brandimage in the market etc. As per the view of Özerdem and Bowd, R., (2016) training anddevelopment is a tool for improving the productivity and profitability within the Samsungcompany. Its is issue related to poor sales and profitability can automatically reduced while itwill organise training and development program for its workforce. Human resources of Samsungcompany can able to improve their moral, efficiency, working speed, quality, knowledge, ability,related to working and they can also take initiative for higher performance in the company. Thiswill assist in improving the profitability and sales of the cited venture. 1.4 Project SpecificationIn order to conduct the successful research activities, investigator have to considervarious methods of research which are as follows-Research philosophy- Research philosophy assist to scholar in identifying the issue of researchand describe the entire process of data analysis. There are two method of research philosophiesthat is interpretivism and positivism (Creswell, 2013). In the following research positivismtheory has been adopted to analyse the impact of mentioned aspect on the employees.Research Approach- Research approach aid to scholar in identifying the appropriate result ofthe study. It is mainly two type that is inductive and deductive. In the context of inductiveresearcher focuses on the general view and ideas. (Daniel and Sam, 2011). On the other hand inthe deductive method various theories and concept is done to make hypotheses. In the followingresearch, scholar can use inductive approach in order to analyse the employee's performance bytraining and developmentTypes of research- There are two kinds of research techniques that is qualitative andquantitative. In this report, both qualitative and quantitative method is used.Data collection- There are two type of data collection that is primary and secondary. In theprimary method data can collect from the survey, questionnaire, interview etc. On the potherhand in the secondary method data can collected from the books, journal, online websites etc
