This report is based on Austin FraserLimited which is an international recruitment consultancy, award-wining with expert consultantsincluding the Digital, technology, Automation, life science industries and Aviation globally. Incompany, there are approx. 145 employees working. This assignment discusses about theobjectives and aim of projects as well as project management plan with the use of sometechniques such as Scope of project, Risk management, Quality control and many others.Preparation of Gantt chart and Work Breakdown Structure are also shown in this study. In orderto conduct small research, business entity applies qualitative and quantitative method, it is alsodetermined in this report. Both research methods help the organisation in order to meet with longterm and desired objectives of enterprise, it is also shown in this assignment. TASK 1 P1. Aim and objectives of projectIn the actual area of business, with dynamic environment of company, demands andrequirement of clients are changing speedily. So, it is essential for the enterprise to providequality services or products at reasonable price. For this, digitalisation is effective and foremostpart of the business development and success (Alreemy and et. al., 2016). With the use ofadvanced technology, firm easily informs all their necessary information or data to thecustomers. Austin Fraser Limited is a service provider organisation main aim of which is to giveaccurate and relevant information to the audience who are actually needed. Innovation ordigitalisation highly affect the business performance and profitability in a direct way. With theuse of such topic, company easily attracts a million number of customers and increase their salesor revenues in limited period of time. It can reduce the essential time of company and providedifferent opportunities to unemployed persons. 1
Main aim and objective of project is to complete all work in time to time. It gives largenumber of advantages to the organisation in an effective and efficient manner. For example: itmanage chances to management for gathering data related to the consumers demands andrequirement which ultimately support business in fulfilling desires and needs of clients in aneffective manner. Cloud digitalisation facilitates the organisation to collect information and shareit from specific place to another location in few time. It provides different numbers ofcommunication tools in order to advertise their services or products in marketplace andcustomer's mind (Chesbrough, 2010). All these support in increasing the performance andeffectiveness of an enterprise and contributes in sustainability and development of organisation.Another advantage of using digitalisation is that it manage various platforms such as Facebook,YouTube, Twitter and many other sides.
