It is essential for the corporation toincrease its efficiency and performance in the market (Gravells, 2010). GE is an oil andgas company which provides petroleum products to its consumers in the UnitedKingdom. The present report measures the responsibilities and performance of staffmembers of the organization. Further, it defines work based problems in thecorporation. Along with this, current study defines various types of time managementstrategies for employees in the GE enterprise. It also describes dynamics of workingwith other staff members in the organization. In addition to this, this representsappropriate solutions and strategies which help to reduce work based problems in theGE Corporation.Task 11.1 Developing a set of your own responsibilities and performance objectives for thenext three years as a Human Resource Coordinator in GEAs Human resource coordinator, I have many responsibilities to improveperformance and efficiency of GE in the market. Performance objectivesTo achieve proper competency in my field on the basis of skills, knowledge aswell as nature which will take at least three years in the organization. To identity my self-improvement areas by analyzing work of my superiors in theGE organization (Gupta, 2009). To achieve professional HR certification through reputed institutes ofmanagement in the my city which will consume at least one year.To analyze different organizations of Oil and gas industry to gain betterknowledge and information about competitors which will take at least 1 year inthe market.To participate business seminars and conference regularly in the United

Kingdom.Generally, these can contribute an effective role for me to play my responsibilitiesin GE. Designed objectives provide me proper guidelines to complete myorganizational responsibilities in the firm (Hastings, 2011). So, I can manage myHR practices in an appropriate manner which can help me to manage work forcein a better way within the organization. In addition to this, performance objectiveshelp me to recruit effective and responsible candidates to manage GE operationsin the nation. Further, it helps corporation to increase its productivity in oil andgas industry. It can also assist the organization to earn more profit in the market.ResponsibilitiesThere are many responsibilities as human resource coordinator in the GEorganization. Effective core competency can help me to select and recruit skillfulcandidates for the enterprise. Further, professional certification can help me to improvemy human resource practices which can contribute effective role for me to complete myresponsibilities towards the GE company. In addition to this, my self improvement areascan aid me to manage proper human resource operations in the organization.Knowledge of competitors can aid me to enhance the level of my HR activities in theGE. To improve myknowledge, I can take opinion of my seniors in GE which can help me toachieve proper competency in human resource field (Henk, 2005). lIn addition to this, I attend seminars and conferences which help me toachieve my objectives in an appropriate manner. lFurther, I also need self-improvement in some areas which contributeeffectively for me to meet out my objectives in given time frame. lHR certification is also necessary for me as human resource consultant
