1. Introduction
This report depicts the importance of implementing automatic technique over manual
technique to improve the business opportunities of local business, farmers and the lifestyle
products. The company holds many volunteers and management of those volunteers are quite
difficult for every business organization however, in order to manage those information it is
necessary for the business organizations to adopt RALS project that helps to display different
types of events. RALS is a three day event arranged by the companies which display agricultural
events, local business and farmers as well in the lifestyle products management. In order to
develop the restoring system, volunteer efficiencies are required to be managed properly.
This report demonstrates the measurable organizational values (MOV) including the
scope management system, resource management, Gantt chart and milestones to provide quality
services to the consumers. It has been defined that the RALS event might face several challenges
during the project progress phase. However, in order to mitigate the identified risk it is very
much crucial to develop proper risk mitigation strategies and those are also illustrated in this
paper. In addition to the volunteer details the issue associated to manual ticket booking system
can also be completely changed after the adoption of new data management application
information system.

Risk with project initiation phase: In this phase, if the project manager fails to estimate
the project budget in the initiation phase considering the changes for manual ticket booking
system to automated ticket booking system, then, it will be a biggest risk to the company.
Risk with project planning phase: In the project planning phase, if the application
programmer fails to design the prototype accurately then it will be a major challenge to the
developers.
Risk with project execution phase: In the field testing period if the project team
member does not make proper prototype then, in the testing phase it will fail to execute the
automated testing in manual ticketing phase.
