This firm supply and chain and freightincludes the many operations like contracts logistics and other related business units. Thisreport includes the recruitment and selection process are important for the company. TASK 11.1 Documentation to select and recruit a new member of staff.It is process of the human resource management system is related with the decisionabout the job and the what kind of people select for the job. Company use the selectionprocess for hiring the new staff member in the company for the right job.
