It has been analysed that wit. in every company there are legal compliance which needs to be
fulfilled so that the business operations can be carried on. It assists in ensuring that consumers
are safe and protected, also it helps in making sure that employees work in better working
conditions. They make sure that the staff is been protected from any type of harm as well as
injury. Laws and licensing can also regulate the quality of goods and services and ensure that
they meet national standards (Root, 2019). In this firm can implement best practise standards. It
has also been analysed that the adequate legal requirements depend upon the size and exact
location of firm. It is expected persons who are working on senior level has knowledge related to
the legal requirements. In this they must have knowledge related to key practices which are being
prohibited by law. They should also contain knowledge based on auditing and inspection
regimes. Senior management level should also contain also have the knowledge related to main
issues which can be faced by non-compliance.
They should also be aware about the rights and responsibilities for business. Company can
also be engaged in taking other specific measures when the rights and responsibilities are not
being followed by them. Specific actions must be taken so that better discipline is being
maintained. In this the hotel needs to ensure that the ethical code of conduct is being followed by
them so that brand reputation of firm can be enhanced. In this the practice standards are being
applied to work (Orozco, 2020). All rules and regulations needs to be complied by hospitality
sector. In this the hotel must ensure that workers are working in safe and secure condition. They
should also make sure that the no discrimination exists between workers, there must be equality
so that the goals and objectives can be achieved by them. It has also been analysed that the
hospitality organisation must be engaged in making proper rules and regulations, so that better
environment can be implemented in organisation. This will assist in making sure, that employees
are being retained. There are various sources of the information which are based in legal
compliance. It includes the following:

hospitality firm needs to be make sure that they are being engaged in providing healthy
and safe working conditions to workers. Better and adequate workplace relationship
