INTRODUCTIONResearch is the process through which researcher research on particular topic andconducts a deep study through survey, interviews and also sometimes attend seminar to knowmore about the company profile. Researcher researches the internal and external matters of thetopic which is conducted in relation to any business helps them to take appropriate decisionregarding their working structure. They collect various data and information relating to that topicwhich also acquires the impact on business and the risk associated with their working. There arevarious methods and technologies which researcher used to carry out their research andinvestigate on certain matters to make their research valid and useful. Researcher uses digitaltechnology topic to conduct the survey and impact on business with these fast upgradingtechnology. Various business gets affected due to innovation in technologies and they have tospend lot of their saving to trained their employees with this perspective. Thus, researcherconduct a survey and investigation to identify various facts and information about the businessadapting this technology for better future. MAIN BODYResearch Methodology Research methodology means any research on the basis of conducting survey, orreferring matters from publications and newspaper and attending seminar to get the details studyon the respective topic. The research can be conducted on the basis of past, present or futureissue which can be arises at any time relevant to that topic (Research Methodology: Approachesand Techniques, 2019). Thus, it can be said to be systematic plan conducting an appropriateresearch which is useful for business to take appropriate decision. Research Philosophy: Its is that process that provides way to gather data, information andanalysed them in systematic way. The philosophy of research is to collect the data as much asneeded to understand the advantages and disadvantage of that available topic. There are twotypes of research philosophy - interpretivism and Positivism (Silverman, 2016). Interpretivismmeans to interpret the available data or analyse certain facts and information in respect ofqualitative data and then interpret the information while positivism is result to having the largescale of business and then interpret the information according. Thus, research philosophy deals1
with nature, source and development of business in respect of digital technology. Researcher willapply interpretivism philosophy to conduct the research. This helps them to conduct the qualitative data and information regarding to that topicand collect the major issue arise from it (Roberts and et.al., 2016). As due to innovation in digitaltechnologies every business spend lot of their earnings to providing training to the employees tolearn the technology and their usage to give more profits to the business. Data are collected forhuge amount regarding to digital technologies as to expand the business or to bring new changesregarding the services they are offering digital technologies helps the companies to upgrade theirbusiness. To adapt interpretivism method, it helps researcher to interpret various review ofemployees regarding the digital technology and their capacity to adapt such changes (O’Halloranand et.al., 2018). As research is mainly based on theory and models and they can be easilyinterpreted.Research Approach:In includes the plan and procedure to conduct an appropriate and effectiveresearch. As they have to take step by step procedure to conclude on respective topics andprovide judgement. To conduct the research on digital technology they have to conducted on vastscope (Research Approach, 2019). As there are two types of research approach inductive anddeductive. Inductive approach contributes on bringing new theories and assumption which isbased on qualitative data. While deductive approach brings valid points on the bases of theoriesand hypothesis. They are mostly based on Quantitate data and they belong to various modelswhich identify certain facts to be used to conduct this research. Researcher uses inductive approach to conduct the research. To conduct the research ondigital technology, inductive research is beneficial as it helps them to identify certain facts andalso observes various changes in the society. This provides pattern to the researcher to planresearch activities in a prescribed form and approach to achieve valid research (Garvis andLemon, 2015). To get the detailed survey, they have to know about the review of employeesregarding the changes in digital technology as the major impact on the employees and then to theperson. As they have to adopt new technologies to maintain close relation with the working insociety. Researcher uses this approach to identify the employee's strategy to learn this technologyand about the comfort level to adapt such changes in their life.
