on the basis of ethnic group, colors and religion. These are considerations as important concept
that require to maintain working culture or environment.

case study on M&S.

in the workplace which considered the causes of conflict among staff members. Therefore, it
directly impact on the performance of employee in the organization. In this way, it has
identified the Victim those are facing discrimination at workplace on the basis of age,
gender, religion, disability, National origin. In another word, it can be said that
discrimination is treating, proposing to treat someone unfavourably due to their personal
characteristics. There are various cause of discrimination such as disability and so on. These
are directly affecting on the overall performance of employee. Furthermore, it will be
adversely effect on the employment application whereas organization must provide its
essential to position but discrimination reduce level of performance and efficiency.

Theme: 2 effects of workplace discrimination on the employee
performance.
 As per Zhuwao, Ngirande and Setati (2019) discrimination has to be consider as
psychological impact. It completely hurt the employee that are being discriminated against
psychologically. As a result, it has developed the condition of depression, anxiety.
Therefore, stress can kill the productivity by reducing focus while increasing the conflicts.
Moreover, it also distracts people from their jobs which make them feel inferior and give
