Topic
 To evaluate role of Talent management practices on employees by HRM in retail
industry in United Kingdom. A study on Sainsbury’s.




Aim
 To analyse impact of talent managing practices on workers by Human resource
department of Sainsbury’s.

BACKGROUND
 Talent management refer to the process in which the organization have a team
to manage their talent of the organization. It is one of the major factors and role of the
HRM to manage the Talent of the organization.
 Talent management is very important for the organization and Sainsbury’s always focus
in developing their talent management process and improve their process to impact the
overall business as it helps in retaining the best of the employees in the organization
and help the organization in managing their talent management process.
 From last decade there is rising chances of workers leaving firm because of various
reason such as company unable to competitive price, no opportunities etc. Company
HRM analyse performance of workers according to that they have given opportunities.
 Employees are one of the most important part of the organization and Sainsbury’s
always try to focus on their talent management and retain their employees.
