INTRODUCTION
Employee relation is crucial for any organization to create understanding among them
and its effective environment. It impacts on coordination among employees regarding team
building and meet entity's goals. The present report is based on study of analysing managing
employees/labour relations within McDonalds. It is world famous fast food service provider of
US. In this report, authors' views on significance of labour relation is to be understood influences
entity's effectiveness. Including this, research methods and outcomes as data analysis are to be
discussed in respect of managing workers' relation for the entity. However, importance of labour
relation for MCD is to be understood in the given research report.
Background:
MacDonalds is worldwide and headquartered in Chicago has approx 36000 stores
globally. It is known for providing variety of fast food of delicious flavours also provides online
delivery of its goods and services. Including this, it has gained 25000 billion of revenue for fast
food services and has effective goodwill in international market Andrews and Hampel, (2015).
However, around 375000 employees are working for its services which demonstrate

This research paper is on understanding importance of managing workers' performance
and motivating them for team building to meet entity's goals. In this regard, scholars' opinions on

to improving their performance and working styles efficiently. In addition to this, it can also
evaluate that how MCD manages its workers' performance as of preparing strategies and training

improving working abilities.
