This research focuses on the role of talent management in organizations, specifically in improving employee performance and success. The research findings indicate that talent management is highly important for organizations, with proper staffing, rewards and recognition, and training and development being key roles. Talent management strategies are beneficial for managing talent at the workplace, and they have a positive impact on the future success of organizations. The study is based on a case study of Tesco plc, a leading supermarket in the UK.
