success. In this present study, literature review is implemented to enhancing understanding in
relation to the aspect of talent management as it supports in enhancing recognition about the
specified area. In this study, quantitative study is being executed by the researcher as it is
effective in executing statistical and mathematical information which supports in execution of in-
depth analysis. In this, both primary and secondary both investigations are executed to generate
suitable outcome. Thus, primary investigation is executed via the support of questionnaire and
secondary sources like books, journals, articles are implemented to gather information about
talent management. The conclusion of the study presents that talent management has positive
impact over the performance of the business.

multinational hospitality business, which aids its suitable facilities to the customers for providing
them satisfaction (Crane and Hartwell, 2019). As a service industry the assessment of talent is
imperative for the business to gaining more progression and development. It is a global brand of
full-service hotels, resorts and the flagship brand of American multinational hospitality business
Hilton. The actual organisation was founded by the significant efforts of Conrad Hilton in the
year of 1919. The headquarter of the firm is in McLean, Virginia, US (Conrad Las Vegas at
Resorts World, 2020). The firms is operates all around the globe with the presence of around 584
hotels, therefore, the business is working with the motive of managing talent at workplace to
render suitable support to customers and retain them for longer operations of the business.
