TITLE:
Evaluating of staff training and development in Ryanair.
DISCUSSION OF SECONDARY INVESTIGATION:
From the above critically evaluated information it has been found training and
development of employees plays a crucial role within improving the management and
operational efficiency of an organisation. Proper evaluation must be perform within organisation
regarding the management ability so that tasks can be administrated properly. This is because
employees are required to have proper managerial skills so that operations can be performed in
effective manner that leads to maximum customer satisfaction. It can be performed by regularly
communicating with customer services department for determining customer need and then
organising activities accordingly. This support Ryanair in providing services to its customer as
per their requirement as in airlines frequent responses are required to be present to customer else
it brings up dissatisfaction among them.
Hence, in order to deal with this issue proper involvement of workers and top
management is required so that working pattern can be improved with proper planning of
operations which brings up positive outcome. But before performing this proper evaluation of
external market is required so that understanding regarding area of improvement can be
developed and evaluation can be performed over resources required. This help in formulating an
action plan that predict the future activities to be performed fro enhancing managerial operations
toward better customer satisfaction for Ryanair. But in order to understand the business
environment effectively it is required by Ryanair to develop its proper understanding of it which
can be done with the help of critical thinking among employees which help in evaluating several
ways of dealing with organisational situations. Despite of this problem solving is crucial for the
Ryanair as it maintains a customer base that are different in term of their taste and preferences
which creates certain situations that are uncertain which require greater problem solving skills
within employees to tackle with this situation. Hence, critical thinking and problem skills are
consider to be most crucial skills that are required to be developed by Ryanair within their
employees which can be developed with the help of regular training and development of staff
members. But for most positive result, Ryanair must take feedback from its employees regarding

the actual outcome of this training and understanding of employees toward it so that changes can
