This research project focuses on the importance of website in business growth and marketing. It includes a case study on plan.com, a mobile communication provider company. The aim is to analyze the use of website in convincing customers to avail the services of the company. The objectives include determining the importance of website development in small business growth, identifying the use of website as a marketing and communication tool, and evaluating the role of website in shaping digital sales channel. The data analysis is done through thematic analysis of questionnaire responses.
