This research project aims to study the need of HR practices in managing talent in the hospitality sector for raising productivity and profitability ratio. The study focuses on Marriott, a leading hospitality company, and explores the concept of talent management, advantages of managing talent, and HR practices followed by Marriott. The research methodology includes primary and secondary research methods, and the findings are examined using suitable tools. The study aims to state the research outcomes and reflect on alternative research methodologies and lessons learnt.
