Main issue for conducting this research is to identify importance of globalisation in attaining
business success. As it is a biggest issue for an organisation in identification of significance of
globalisation in business success. Main issues in globalisation are cultural differences, lack of
technology and capital. These issues limits the globalising activities for a business.

Main reason for selecting this research topic is to investigate the importance of globalisation
in providing high growth and success to the company in international market. the company is a
renowned MNC which is successfully operating in UK but in other countries, company has
limited presence. This topic is going to help the researcher in identifying how globalisation
results in attaining business success. Also, by this research the company can earn high revenues
and profits in marketplace. This research will increase the skills and knowledge of researcher so
that he can perform future researches with utmost efficiency and allotted time. This research will
also help the researcher in learning about business strategies so that high revenues can be gained
in international market without any compromise.

Effect of globalisation on business growth
According to the opinion of Kopp, C., 2019, globalisation is describes as the passing of
information, technology, jobs, services and products from one country to another country. In
context with economy, it is referred to the dependence of nations on each other to satisfy their
needs and desires in effective manner. Process of globalisation is linked with the grounded
theories of comparative advantage and it allows a company to operate in multiple nations due to
which more sales and profits are earned. This leads to growth and success of business. This
means if the company will produce good quality products, they will be benefited from trading
process so that high profits can be earned (Bozyk, 2019). Under globalisation, nations are
needed to subscribe the procedures and rules of world trade organisation so that trade between
different countries can be performed in a systematic manner. In this context, there are different

policies like non-discriminatory trade, free trade which are formed by UN so that business firm
can operate in international region without any differences and discriminations(Ladeur, 2017).
By this, growth of company will not be compromised and high market shares will be acquired in

Role of globalisation in achieving business success for an organisation
As per the viewpoint of Myatt, M., 2016, to remain competitive in marketplace, it is
important for a business form to expand its geographical footprints. Those companies which
perform international business are called as multi-national companies. There are different ways
by which globalisation will benefits the company in attaining their desired growth and results.
Globalising the business will help the company in performing business activities in different
nations due to which company will have access to large customer base (Taylor, 2017). As
company offers good quality products, customers will like it and the company will be able to
earn high revenues and profits in a desired manner. Globalisation helps in enhancing the
sustainability of business due to which attainment of high revenues remains for a longer time.
Globalisation allows a company to use marketplace in wider context along with strengthening of
decision-making due to which advantageous decisions are taken. Also, globalisation allow a
company to harness latest technology and techniques due to which linking to global economy
became every easier. This allow a firm to achieve business objectives and success in expected
manner (Crane and et. al., 2019).

there are certain challenges which are faced by a company by globalising their business. One of
the main challenges is to understand the culture and language of people where company is
planning to operate. Global business do not only means to be collaborative marketplace, it is also
concerned with the uniformity by which an organisation works in different markets. Due to
liberalisation and globalisation, customers expectation from the services and products of
company have increased in a considerable manner (Tchamyou, 2017). This is the reason of a
company is not able to satisfy the needs of people of a particular region, those people will avoid
the products of that company and shift their preference towards other products. This is the
reason, this aspect is considered as one of the biggest challenge of globalisation (North, 2018).
